How it works

1. Send us what you've got. A photo of your old cable, the lift's make/model/serial, or the measurements (overall length, diameter, end fitting types).
2. We quote within 24 hours. Usually by email, sometimes by phone if we need to ask questions.
3. You approve, we manufacture. Typical turnaround is 3–5 working days.
4. Load-tested, certified, shipped. Same 12 months guarantee as our stocked range.

What we need to make an accurate cable

• Overall length (fully assembled, end to end)
• Wire rope diameter — usually 6mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, or 12mm
• End fitting types — threaded stud, swaged loop, block fitting, twin lug, etc.
• Thread size if applicable — M12, M16, or original nut size
• Rated capacity of the lift (2T, 3T, 4T, etc.)
