These terms govern all orders placed with KSS Fabs. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
All prices displayed on this website are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. UK VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Prices may change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of order for all web orders. Trade accounts with agreed terms are available on request. All goods remain the property of KSS Fabs until payment is received in full.
Orders are accepted subject to stock availability. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock we will contact you with options before dispatching.
Delivery dates given are estimates. We are not liable for losses arising from late delivery by our couriers.
Returns accepted within 28 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost. Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable unless faulty. See Delivery & Returns for full details.
Goods carry a 12-month warranty against defect in materials or workmanship, valid from the date of invoice. Liability is limited to replacement of the defective part.
KSS Fabs' liability for any claim arising from this contract is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of a vehicle or lift.
Lifting equipment is subject to regulation (in the UK, LOLER 1998). Customers are responsible for ensuring parts are fitted by competent persons and that the lift is inspected by a competent inspector before return to service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
