Fast, tracked, and honest. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday ship the same working day from our UK warehouse.

UK delivery

We ship via next-working-day courier for all stocked items. Delivery is typically before 5pm Monday–Friday. Pre-10:30am and pre-12:00 delivery slots are available at additional cost — contact us before ordering if you need a timed slot.

• Items under 1kg — £8.75
• Items 2–5kg — £11.75
• Next day delivery (6–25kg) — £15.95
• Pre-10:30am delivery — £29.00
• Pre-12:00 delivery — £22.00
• Saturday AM delivery — £45.00
• Free UK shipping on orders over £250 (excluding timed deliveries)

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are quoted individually based on destination, weight, and any customs requirements. Add the items to your basket and proceed to checkout — we'll be in touch with a shipping quote before processing.

For an advance estimate, email us with the products you want and your delivery address.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Please contact us first to arrange return — unannounced returns may take longer to process.

• Faulty or incorrect parts: we cover return shipping, and exchange or refund in full.
• Ordered in error / no longer needed: you pay return shipping, and we may apply a 20% restocking charge. No refund on return shipping unless we are at fault.
• Custom-manufactured cables: non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery at the door. Signing for a damaged parcel invalidates the transit insurance. If damage is only discovered after opening, contact us within 24 hours and we'll sort it.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it by 6pm on the day of order, give us a call.
