Yes. Every cable is load-tested to its rated capacity before dispatch and supplied with a signed test certificate. Keep it with your lift's service records for your LOLER inspection.
12 months from the date of invoice, covering any defect in materials or workmanship. Liability is limited to replacement of the faulty part.
Yes — that's one of our specialities. We can manufacture bespoke cables to match any spec, usually in 3–5 working days. See our Custom Cables page.
Individually. Most lifts use 2 or 4 cables, so check how many your lift takes before ordering. Cables should always be replaced in sets — replacing just one on a 4-post is false economy.
Stocked items ordered before 2pm Monday–Friday ship the same working day for next-working-day UK delivery. Custom cables take 3–5 working days to manufacture.

If we've sent the wrong cable for the lift you specified, we'll replace it free of charge including return shipping. If the lift was misidentified, contact us — we'll work with you to sort it out.
