The Rotary SM40-47 / SM40LT-47 Single Pulley is an OEM-specification replacement pulley for Rotary SM40-47, SM40LT-47. Lift pulleys guide the cable around the lifting mechanism on 2-post vehicle lifts. Over time, pulley bearings wear or the pulley body can crack, causing cable wear, uneven lifting or unusual noise.
